What’s the best way to contact you?

At Altec we believe no company is represented by its website alone. We've been a mail order company since the 70's, long before the internet, and we know what's important in customer service.

New technology is a wonderful thing, but if you want to telephone us - we'll always answer (we don't use answer machines, call-queuing or voicemail) and if you write, fax or e-mail we'll also respond by return.

The Altec Sales Office is staffed from 08:30 - 17:30, Monday to Friday. This excludes Bank Holidays and the period between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. You are welcome to contact us by the following methods:

What is Live Support?

Live Support is a popular new way for visitors to contact altecweb to get one-to-one help. You can click on the Live Support logo for Customer Service, Technical Support or Accounts queries. Type your question into a text box and get a live response from a member of staff at the Sales Office.

This free-of-charge service links customers to our staff in the Sales Office.

All support messages are transmitted over a secure 128-bit SSL encrypted connection, which prevents unauthorised parties from reading your Live Support conversations.
